Consistency is key to seeing results, and our timetable has been designed to help you fit Pilates into your life your way. You can book the class times and types that best suit your schedule on any given week - there is no need to always choose the same class type and time each week, unless you prefer to. Choose the sessions that best suit your schedule and preference.
Class levels are there to help you work at the right pace for your body. If you are new to Classical Pilates or prefer a gentler paced class we recommend the Foundations or Foundations Plus classes. Our Intermediate and Advanced classes are for those who have a solid background of Classical Pilates practice and are ready for greater challenges at a more flowing pace. We also offer All Levels classes, open to all and tailored to meet the needs of those booked in each week.
New to us? Our Group Reformer and Group Tower classes require an induction before you can join them, for your safety. Check out our Getting Started page for new clients to find details of new client offers and how to join depending on your preferred class type.
